Field Trip ②: Financial Institutions

 

It was Monday and ESP students started the day with very heavy rain in suits....


Of course! They all felt little reluctant for going to the 2nd field trip on this day.

was the first visit where eligible to proceed over 14,000 of stockbroking per-day with high Tec computerized technologies.

 
Students watched informational video and enjoyed the lecture based on "Observing and researching about corporations. The representative added special lecture about stocking system and how it functions. The lecturer emphasized about three points;
1. Situation and content of the corporations, 2.Growth of industry,
3. importance of planning Mid-Point
turning vision.


The lecturer also carefully explained some of the valid points to research corporations which keep growing and changing frequently by quoting and sharing from the
Quarterly Journal.


These all information the students received actually helps for their career activities and applying to employments.  





 

They had lunch and their reluctant feeling

gradually and slowly got better for learning

something new about stock exchange there!

 





 
 



Bank of Japan
Bank of Japan


was the next destination to conclude their field trip. This also called as a "Central Bank" for publishing Japanese YEN. They showed students an impressive video to teach all the bank`s responsibilities and financial functions. This bank s a bank for all banks in Japan and also for Japanese Government.



The bank is actually certified as a national treasure, so it is strictly prohibited taking photos and firm security for entering into the bank. However, all students were permitted to see the behind the scene of the bank and toured the main safe in the basement. This tour reminded them the Mint Tour they had last year and imaged all new bills actually stays into the safe they are just seeing.    





After visiting the Bank, every student was smiling and finally their feeling got much better as just like sunny weather!  

Learning all aspects of business is one of the main focal points for the program and the ESP students are so challenging and being dedicated to find their dream jobs in Japan now and we hope they could learn something important about finance in this field trip!!
